You might be wondering…

Is it only for Italian properties?

No. Welcome Guests is designed for hospitality businesses across Europe, including non-EU destinations.

Which registration number do I enter?

The platform requires a CIN for Italian properties. For properties elsewhere, there is a separate field for a local registration number, where applicable. Check the requirements that apply to your property.

Does it translate all my content?

The guest interface supports English and Italian. The descriptions you write remain in their original language.

How long is the QR active?

One year from successful payment. A renewal reminder is scheduled one calendar month before expiry. Renewal is manual and keeps the same QR code.

Can I buy it now?

Not yet. You can explore the preview. Payments, the email sender and automatic map results still need to be connected.
